Property developer Megaworld Corp. has emerged as the only real estate developer included in the “Best Workplaces in the Philippines 2026” list by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture.
The company secured one of 55 spots on the list of certified organizations during the recent Great Place To Work Philippines Awards. The recognition is based on a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture assessment.
“We are honored by this recognition, but even more so by the trust our people place in us every day. Our vision has always been to uplift lives, impact society, and help shape the nation, and it is our people who help us bring it into reality as we build sustainable communities that serve as catalysts for growth across the country,” said Megaworld president and chief executive Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso.
The ranking is determined by the Trust Index survey, which evaluates employee relationships with management, colleagues and their specific roles. The score reflects the percentage of staff who view the company as a great workplace.
Great Place to Work Philippines general manager Charles Plumley said the recognized organizations prove that trust-centered environments allow Filipino talent to lead. Plumley noted that these companies are setting benchmarks by demonstrating that inclusion is the foundation for future business leadership.
