Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Rolando Toledo and Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) executive-director Genmaries Entredicho-Caong lead the launching of the PS-DBM on Wheels on Feb. 24, 2026, in Pasig City. The rollout of the first PS-DBM on Wheels in the National Capital Region marks another milestone in strengthening procurement efficiency and improving access to government services.
