Yanson Group co-founder Olivia Yanson said the company is dedicated to providing safe and affordable services.

“Mobility directly drives demand for public transport. The Yanson Group is committed to delivering safe, reliable and affordable bus services that support connectivity and economic activity,” Yanson said.

The meetings underscored the operational stability of Goldstar Bus Transit Inc. and Ceres Transport Inc., which remain integral to the group’s inter-regional connectivity strategy.

Goldstar Bus Transit Inc.’s shareholders re-elected the board of directors at the Feb. 2, 2026 meeting and re-appointed chairman and president Leo Rey Yanson.

Olivia Yanson was also re-appointed as treasurer and corporate secretary.

Goldstar Bus continues to manage franchised provincial routes linking Batangas City to Metro Manila via the South Luzon Expressway, including stops in Alabang and Cubao.

Ceres Transport Inc. also conducted its stockholders’ meeting, re-appointing chairman and president Leo Rey Yanson and treasurer and corporate secretary Olivia Yanson.

Based in Batangas City, Ceres Transport operates an extensive network of long-haul routes connecting Metro Manila to major hubs in the Visayas and Mindanao, such as Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Kalibo (Aklan), Dumaguete City (Negros Oriental) and Zamboanga City.

These franchised routes facilitate inter-regional passenger connectivity across multiple island groups, supporting tourism, commerce and workforce mobility between the National Capital Region and key provincial hubs.

Both subsidiaries reiterated their focus on safety standards and service reliability to meet national transport objectives.

The Yanson Group of Bus Companies continues to operate these principal subsidiaries under franchised routes to facilitate the movement of the workforce and support regional commerce between major urban centers and different provinces
