This provides clearer visibility into hiring pipelines and greater control at every stage of the recruitment process. On the candidate side, the platform offers Smart Resume—a live digital profile that keeps applicant information consistent and updated across submissions.
The platform is powered by AI technology that supports resume parsing, candidate filtering, basic validation, and reporting, helping streamline the hiring process.
