The bond offering is designed to be financially inclusive, allowing individual Filipino investors to participate with a minimum subscription of P10,000.

LandBank president and chief executive Lynette Ortiz said the offering reinforces the bank’s role in providing socially impactful investment opportunities that remain accessible to the general public.

The launch event was attended by several high-ranking government officials, including Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Raphael Lotilla and National Treasurer Sharon Almanza. Their presence signaled strong inter-agency support for the government’s push toward sustainable finance and green investments.
