PAL reviving Manila-Saipan flights

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is reviving direct flights between Manila and Saipan starting March 29, 2026, as part of its strategy to expand its network across the Pacific Islands.

The US territory of Saipan will become PAL’s seventh destination in the United States. Its current U.S. service includes Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Guam and Honolulu.

The new route reinforces Manila’s role as a key gateway to the Pacific Islands. PAL’s existing extensive Pacific route network includes flights to Guam and Honolulu, with new services to Palau and Guam via Cebu soon to launch.

To mark the return of direct service, the flag carrier is offering special introductory fares. Economy Class passengers can find one-way base fares starting at $249 and roundtrip base fares at $389. Business Class fares are available at $669 one-way and $1,029 roundtrip.

“PAL is dedicated to expanding its global presence to meet the evolving needs of the market, across both passenger and cargo segments, while remaining steadfast in our commitment to delivering service excellence,” said PAL president Richard Nuttall.

Nuttall said that passengers “can look forward to Philippine Airlines’ world-class service and the trademark Filipino warmth and heartfelt care in every journey.”
