The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) celebrated a major milestone on with the launch of its 30th Anniversary Coffee Table Book, a publication highlighting three decades of collaboration, innovation, and industry growth, on November 28, 2025
CAMPI chairman Hon. Jose Chavez Alvarez and CAMPI president Atty. Rommel R. Gutierrez led the event, joined by the CAMPI Board of Trustees, the executive committee, and key industry partners.
The book chronicles CAMPI’s evolution since its founding, featuring major policy developments, market shifts, technological advancements, and the role of member-brands in shaping Philippine mobility.
“This book tells the story of our shared efforts, the challenges we faced, and the progress that shaped the industry. For over 30 years, CAMPI has worked closely with government, industry partners, and stakeholders who share our commitment to advancing the automotive sector. Collaboration remains the core of our success,” Gutierrez said.
He highlighted the association’s commitment to strengthening its four core pillars — technology and innovation, sustainability, road safety, and industry development.
“Consumer expectations are changing, and CAMPI will continue driving a more competitive and future-ready automotive market,” Gutierrez said.
CAMPI also announced preparations for the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), scheduled for June 4 to 7, 2026, at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.
