First Gen Corp. secured a Bronze Award in the Asia’s Best Integrated Report (Large Company) category at the 11th Asia Integrated Reporting Awards (AIRA) held in Singapore.
The recognition highlights the organization’s commitment to high-quality integrated reporting and its leadership in communicating long-term value creation with clarity and accountability.
First Gen’s parent company, First Philippine Holdings Corp. (FPH), was also named a finalist in several categories including Asia’s Best Sustainability Report (Large Company), Asia’s Best Community Impact Report, Asia’s Best Sustainability Report (CEO Letter), Asia’s Best Materiality Reporting and Asia’s Best Integrated Report.
“We thank CSRWorks International for recognizing all the efforts we exerted in producing our 2024 Integrated Report. This recognition reaffirms the validity of our longstanding policy to use our integrated reports as a medium to present ourselves in a comprehensive fashion to our various stakeholders,” said FPH chief sustainability officer Agnes de Jesus.
De Jesus said the integrated reports provide stakeholders—from host communities to regulators and investors—a close look at the company’s financial, governance, environmental and social strategies and performances. This includes steps the company is taking to support the global campaign against climate change.
