The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and local government units implement Paleng-QR Ph Plus program in Dinagat Islands province and the municipality of Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte. The program promotes payments using QR Ph, the national standard for quick response codes, in public markets, public transportation and other businesses.
