The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) conducts a ‘Safer Internet for All and Cybersecurity Awareness Program’ seminar at a remote school in Norzagaray, Bulacan, to protect Filipinos against online deception. Held at the Dike-Adwas Elementary School, the DICT Region 3, through its Free Public Internet Access Program, led the training to educate students, teachers and parents on proper internet use, digital citizenship, online privacy and protection against cyber threats.
