Iloilo province rolls out the ‘Paleng-QR Ph Plus’ on Sept. 22, 2025 to foster the wider use of digital payments in public markets, public utility vehicles and other business establishments. Leading the launch at the Provincial Capitol are Iloilo Vice Governor Nathalie Ann Debuque, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Monetary Board Member Benjamin Diokno and BSP Deputy Governor Bernadette Romulo-Puyat.
