Globe Telecom Inc. has been named one of the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the fifth consecutive year.
The recognition, awarded by HR Asia, one of the region’s most influential human resources publications, acknowledges organizations for their outstanding employee engagement, workplace culture, and leadership.
“More than an award, this win is a testament to the heart of our people and the culture we have collectively built at Globe,” said Renato Manuel Jiao, chief human resource officer at Globe.

Since its first win in 2021, Globe has focused on initiatives that promote employee well-being, learning, and inclusion, according to the company. The telecommunications provider said it fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to help shape the future of work and drive innovation.
