Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, along with key housing officials, meets with the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) to tackle updates on the department’s streamlining efforts and the continuing rollout of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (#4PH) Program. Aliling cited the expanded program coverage with affordable housing units priced up to P1.8 million, backed by an interest rate of only 4.5 percent.
