Now in its third year, Manila Water’s Salin initiative engages 372 public elementary school teachers from Metro Manila in a mix of technical sessions, interactive workshops and watershed immersion activities. Designed to empower public elementary school teachers as champions of water and sanitation, Salin, which literally means ‘transfer’, has grown steadily since its launch in 2023.
