First Circle, a financing company specializing in smart banking solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), is granted the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark on Aug. 11, 2025, becoming the first SME financing company to secure the government-issued digital badge. The badge recognizes First Circle’s commitment to fair, safe and transparent business practices under the Internet Transactions Act of 2023.
