Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Sharon Garin (second from left) joins a group celebrating the inauguration on Aug. 1 of the 22-megawatt (MW) Tanawon geothermal power plant at the Bacon-Manito (BacMan) geothermal complex of Energy Development Corp. (EDC) in Sorsogon City.
