Avida Land, a residential brand under Ayala Land Inc., is building more residential projects in South Luzon to meet the evolving demands of modern homeowners.
South Luzon has emerged as a significant economic hub, driven by the Cavite-Laguna-Batangas (CALABA) corridor, industrial growth, and infrastructure projects like the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) expansions.
Avida Land has established a strong foothold in the region, with 24 communities and over 13,800 units turned over to date across Cavite, Batangas and Laguna.
This includes 5,600 units from 10 developments in Cavite, 5,400 units from eight developments in Batangas, and 2,800 units from six developments in Laguna.
Recognizing the region’s increasing appeal to a new generation of buyers, Avida Land is launching several new projects: Crescela NUVALI (house and lot); Solara Park Storeys NUVALI (mid-rise condominium); Sentria Storeys Vermosa (mid-rise condominium); and Serin Terraces Tagaytay (townhomes)
These developments target professionals, investors, and families seeking to improve their quality of life through real estate investments.
“As our buyers elevate their lifestyles, their expectations follow. At Avida, we design not just for the now, but for the life our homeowners are building. That’s how we future-proof both the home and the investment,” said Aris Gonzales, Avida Land project and strategic management group head.
The new projects are strategically located in NUVALI, Vermosa, and Tagaytay, areas identified for their strong market dynamics and proximity to economic centers, educational institutions, and transportation networks.
Avida’s developments integrate sustainable features. House and lot communities, such as Crescela Nuvali and Serin Terraces Tagaytay, will incorporate “Eco Yards” with materials recovery facilities, composting areas, and native plant nurseries. Common areas will utilize solar lighting for energy efficiency.
Mid-rise condominiums like Sentria Storeys Vermosa and Solara Park Storeys Nuvali are designed with LED lighting, water-efficient fixtures, and rainwater harvesting systems. These communities also feature lower-density layouts and planned amenities aimed at enhancing comfort and security.
