Finance Secretary and chairperson of the Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO) Ralph Recto (front row, center) leads its 14th meeting on May 27, 2025 to review the investment and financial performances of the government financial institutions (GFIS). Institutionalized in 2022, the ALCO proactively exercises oversight of GFI investments through both exposure and performance indicators to support the risk mitigation efforts of the national government.
