The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) finishes the construction of two retaining walls to help mitigate flooding in Barangay Highway and Barangay San Rafael, Dulag, Leyte. The flood mitigation structures along the Calbasag River, were built to block the overflow of water from the river into the road and prevent soil erosion along the riverbanks.
