Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) recently held its 2025 Dealer Conference at Okada Manila, Parañaque City, recognizing the top-performing dealers and associates who excelled in sales and after-sales operations.
The annual event serves as both an award ceremony and a strategic planning session, inspiring dealers to continue delivering exceptional service.
Honda Cars Batangas was named 2024 Dealer of the Year, reclaiming the top spot it first won in 2022. Honda Cars Alabang and Honda Cars Shaw, both managed by the Ayala Group, secured second and third places, respectively.
HCPI president Rie Miyake commended the network for its resilience, encouraging dealers to break barriers and push beyond limitations in the year ahead.
“We see a landscape of opportunity, made possible by the challenges we faced together last year. This year, let us leverage that strength to break barriers, challenge the norm, and push beyond limitations. Together, we go beyond boundaries and transcend the conventional. Together, we redefine what’s possible. Together, we drive Honda to even greater heights,” Miyake said.
In line with its commitment to customer satisfaction, HCPI also introduced the Honda Certified Plus Program, aimed at helping Honda owners maximize the resale value of their vehicles.
The program offers a 288-point quality inspection, repairs using genuine Honda parts, and a Quality Certification, making certified vehicles eligible for listing on Honda’s upcoming pre-owned vehicle website.
Vehicles up to 10 years old or with less than 100,000 km mileage can qualify for certification, following a four-step process: pre-qualification, inspection, rectification, and certification.
