Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman meets with members of the Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) on Nov. 12, 2024, at the DBM Central Office. BYC conducted a benchmarking activity with the department on financial management, procurement standards and administrative functions. Established in 2020, the BYC is the youth arm of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) mandated to ensure the youth’s active participation in government.
