PLDT Enterprise said that as the digital economy continues to reshape the business landscape, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the country are being equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive.
Leading the charge in this effort is the MSME Day Series, a key initiative designed to empower small businesses with digital solutions, fostering growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving market.
Set to culminate in Pampanga, the MSME Day Series made significant strides in cities like Iloilo and Dipolog. The initiative, supported by partners such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Philippines and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), provides entrepreneurs with critical resources to enhance their digital readiness.
“Digital transformation is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity,” said Jay Lagdameo, vice president and head of enterprise revenue group at PLDT Enterprise. “The tools and support provided through initiatives like the MSME Day Series are essential for local businesses to remain competitive in today’s digital-first world.”
