The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) has partnered with KITA Agritech Corporation and TAO Foods Company Inc. to empower small farmers through increased access to financial services and modernization opportunities.

KITA Agritech will introduce the Digital Trading Post to improve inventory management and reduce farming costs, while TAO Foods will offer the Rice to Rise Program, providing high-yielding hybrid rice seeds.

LANDBANK will extend the AGRISENSO Lending Program to eligible partners endorsed by the two companies. This program offers affordable financing to small farmers, Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), and the agriculture value chain.

Beyond financial and technical support, these partnerships aim to equip farmers with innovative technologies and sustainable practices to navigate market and environmental challenges. This ensures their livelihoods remain productive and contributes to a more resilient agricultural sector.

“LANDBANK is focused on empowering farmers with the tools and resources needed to thrive. Together, we are advancing modern agriculture while driving sustainable growth and strengthening the country’s food supply chain,” “ said LANDBANK president and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz.
