Quezon City 4th District Councilor Hero Bautista has initiated the “Hero Bicycle Program” which donated bicycles to different frontliner offices. The most recent donation was to the health service department of Camp Caringal, the headquarters of the Quezon City Police Department, where five mountain bikes were personally donated by Bautista.
