Vallacar Transit Inc., the flagship company of Ceres Bus Lines, holds the 2021 special stockholders’ meeting and organizational meeting, more than a month after a Bacolod City court appointed Olivia Yanson the special administrator of the estate of her late spouse Ricardo Yanson on Oct. 21. Attending the meeting are (from left) Arvin John Villaruel, Charles Dumancas, Ginette Dumancas, Leo Rey Yanson and Daniel Nicolas Golez. Leo Rey Yanson was re-appointed chairman and president of VTI during the board meeting, while Olivia Yanson, the co-founder of the company, was re-appointed corporate secretary and treasurer.
