Department of Labor and Employment Secretary Silvestre Bello III led the TUPAD PayOut ceremonial awarding of safety seal certificate, awarding of OWWA assistance, and awarding of Bicycles under the Bike Nation Project at the Albay Astrodome. With Bello are Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara, Vice Governor Grex Lagman, Cong. Alfredo Garbin, several mayors in Albay Province headed by Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Lagman and DOLE Region-V Representatives.
