Scorched expansion

A group of young entrepreneurs takes advantage of the easing of quarantine restrictions as they open their fourth branch of Scorched Smokehouse at SM City Grand Central in Caloocan City. Scorched put up its first and pioneering restaurant along Asturias corner Laong Laan Sreet in Manila in April 2019. It was followed by a second branch at SM Center Las Pinnas in March 2021 and by a third branch at SM City Manila near the City Hall in August 2021. Scorched is the only food shop that serves authentic meat cooked in a smoker using the hickory wood chips.
