Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), the property development arm of the ICCP Group, recently turned over two of its residential subdivisions in Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu–the La Aldea Del Mar Cebu and the Park Place Cebu–to their respective homeowners associations.

Pueblo de Oro has been developing mixed-used townships and residential projects for more than 25 years in the cities of Cagayan de Oro; Malvar and Sto. Tomas in Batangas; San Fernando, Pampanga; and Mactan in Cebu.
