AirAsia Philippines said Wednesday all its domestic destinations no longer require COVID-19 test for fully-vaccinated individuals.
“AirAsia is very excited for all these exciting developments in the travel and tourism sector. Slowly but surely, we will achieve that sense of normalcy we all have been praying for,” said AirAsia Philippines spokesperson Steve Dailisan.
“Likewise, there is no room for complacency. AirAsia will continue to strictly implement established health and safety protocols for the protection of all our guests and staff,” he said.
Puerto Princesa, Caticlan (Boracay), Bohol, Kalibo, Tacloban, Bacolod, Iloilo, General Santos, Cagayan De Oro, Zamboanga and Davao already eased travel requirements for fully-vaccinated guests.
AirAsia will also resume its international routes beginning Dec. 4 with weekly flights to Singapore and twice weekly flights to Hong Kong to service overseas Filipino workers and business travelers.
