To help the less fortunate constituents of his district, Quezon City 4th District Councilor Hero Bautista (right) holds a mass feeding program, giving hundreds of people steaming hot bowls of arroz caldo. He partnered with fellow Councilor Marra Suntay during the event at the Old Capitol Site, as visiting senior citizens were given free flu vaccine shots while children were given free immunization shots.
