Real estate developer Ovialand recently turned over a duplex house in Candelaria, Quezon to Olympic silver medalist, boxer Nesthy Petecio.

The house, located at Ovialand’s Caliya development, was already fully furnished upon turnover, complete with portraits of the stout-hearted Petecio in the picturesque living room.
“This is our gift to Nesthy in appreciation for her achievement as a Filipina boxer, and for the honor she brought to our country,” said Pammy Olivares-Vital, president of Ovialand.
“We hope she and her family will enjoy what Caliya has to offer.” Olivarez-Vital added that “hard work and love for family are the two values that Ovialand shares with Nesthy.”
