Other organizations supporting Domagoso’s presidential bid from the National Capital Region and other parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao have responded to the call for help and support for their Ilocano brothers and sisters.

Torrential rains and strong winds whipped Monday through Benguet and other northern Luzon areas due to ‘Maring.’

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, at least 11 persons died while seven remain missing during the onslaught of the severe tropical storm.
