The University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) recently broke ground for its new multispecialty building, the Felicidad Sy Hall.

Funded by the Felicidad T. Sy Foundation (FTSFI), the building is the second the Sy family behind mall giant SM is building for the premier government hospital. In 2019, the family, through their Henry Sy Foundation, collaborated with the UP Medical Alumni Foundation Inc. to build an 11-story Medical Sciences Building.
