Olympic medalists Carlo Paalam, Eumir Marcial, Nesthy Petecio and Hidilyn Diaz lead the launch of new postage stamps in honor of the Filipino champions. Postmaster General and CEO Norman Fulgencio said each stamp featured the winning moments of the athletes.
