Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Lagman talks to some of the 71 trainees who attended the Training Induction Program for livelihood skills on Dressmaking NCII, Bread and Pastry Production NC II and Assembly Solar Nightlight and Post Lamp. The program is a joint initiative of Rep. Edcel Lagman and TESDA Albay in partnership with San Francisco Institute of Science and Technology and Livelihood and Skills Training Center of Tabaco.
