Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Lagman and Carmela Daet, marketing head of Ayala Malls Legazpi, cut the ceremonial ribbon during the launching of the mall’s ‘Farmer’s Market’ on Sunday. It provides local farmers a space to sell their goods at no cost, Mayor Lagman said.
