SEACAT exercise

Philippine Coast Guard personnel of the BRP Sindangan, PCG Islander, and Coast Guard Special Operations Force participate in the Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) Exercise 2021 in the waters off Bataan on Saturday.
