Fire volunteers respond to a fire on third alarm that hit the public market of Teresa, Rizal, on Wednesday night, then later sift through the rubble as stall owners recover what is left of their merchandise. Arson investigators are still checking the cause of the fire that razed an estimated P4.8 million worth of merchandise and property.
