He reached the finals after he prevailed over James Viceo, 15-1, and Ygnatius Cabaeo, 15-2, in the earlier rounds.
Concepcion emerged unscathed in his tussle with top seed and national pool member Donnie Navarro, 15-13.
He reached the semis after he eased out Daniel Villanueva, 15-7, in the semis.
University of the East standout Cyrylle Schofield claimed the junior women epee honors in fighting off Andrea Mateo, 15-11.
Schofield advanced into the finals after she got past Alexa Larazzabal, 15-8.
