Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia is now fully vaccinated, after receiving his second dose of AstraZeneca vaccines at the Bacolod City Government Center on July 3, the first on April 17. As mayor, Leonardia belongs to priority group A1 (Workers in Frontline Health Services), after the National IATF reclassified Local Chief Executives as under Priority Group A1.5 in the ongoing National Vaccination Program.
