San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora (center), Vice Mayor Warren Villa, and other city officials lead the launching of Moderna vaccines in the city’s vaccination program at the FilOil Flying V Centre on Wednesday. The American-made Moderna vaccine was immediately used to inoculate San Juan residents under the A1 to A5 categories.
