Metropolitan Manila Development Authority chairman Benhur Abalos Jr. talks to a street dweller family living under the flyover of Kamuning-EDSA in Quezon City. Abalos ordered the clearing of obstructions found under flyovers along EDSA, including the removal of illegally parked vehicles in these areas. Once cleaned, he said some of these areas will be turned into ‘pocket gardens.’
