Mario Raymundo, head of the Astronomical Observation and Time Service Unit of the state weather bureau PAGASA, checks the eyepieces of the 45cm Goto telescope at the Astronomical Observatory inside the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. The observatory will livestream the viewing of the supermoon and total lunar eclipse today (Wednesday) on their Facebook and Youtube accounts.
