Most of the country’s oil firms raised the pump price of gasoline by P0.15 per liter and diesel by P0.25 per liter.

Seaoil Philippines and Chevron Philippines raised gasoline prices by P0.15 per liter and diesel by P0.25 per liter but cut the price of kerosene by P0.15 per liter.

Petro Gazz adjusted its prices at the same level while rival Cleanfuel raised diesel by P0.25 per liter but did not move gasoline prices.

On May 18, the oil companies rolled back gasoline prices by P0.20 to P0.35 per liter but increased the price of diesel by P0.20 per liter.

These resulted in year-to-date adjustments to stand at a total net increase of P8.35 per liter for gasoline and P6.95 per liter for diesel.

World oil prices went up last week but were tempered by reports that Iran may increase production.
