Binan City, Laguna Mayor Arman Dimaguila (center) graces the awarding on Thursday of certificates of completion to the first batch of 720 students under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) Program. Students received P10,500 salary for their work in their respective barangays. The program is an initiative of PESO Binan headed by Romualdo Garcia in partnership with DOLE.
