Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi (center) pays tribute to war veterans and local heroes in celebration of the city’s 76th Liberation Day from occupying foreign forces during World War II with the theme ‘Digmaan Pinagtagumpayan, Pag-asa Para sa Ligtas na Sambayanan.’ Fresnedi and LGU officials led the wreath-laying ceremony at the Bantayog ng mga Bayani in Alabang on Thursday along with (from left) Vice Mayor Artemio Simundac, Rep.
