River Park Place by CDC Homes will soon rise at the riverside of Mandaluyong City.

The project features four residential condominium buildings with commercial spaces on the lower floors.
The first phase of the project, which consists of the 24-story Hudson Tower and the 30-story Columbia Tower, broke ground last July 2019.
The property will offer a majority of studios with select units offering scenic views of the Pasig River, or the city from their balconies.
A limited number of one-bedroom and two-bedroom corner units are also available and ideal for startup families or empty-nesters.
River Park Place will be CDC Homes’ second green development following Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila.
