Sen. Cynthia A. Villar, through her staff, recently distributed more than 100 pieces of blankets to fire victims in Barangay Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City. The senator, through the Villar SIPAG, has been giving all forms of help to victims of calamities. She has also been providing livelihood programs in poor communities and helping women augment their family earnings.
