A police officer operates the new remote-controlled heavy-duty EOD robot of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) during a simulation exercise on an anti-terrorism bombing scenario at the Food Park in Cubao on Tuesday. The robot is designed to identify and disarm booby traps, fireworks, improvised explosive devices, and other hazardous items in closed areas, buildings, and vehicles.
