Santa Rosa City Mayor Arlene Arcillas (center), Taguig-Pateros Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano (3rd from left), and Taguig 2nd District Rep. Lani Cayetano (2nd from right) distribute relief packs to some 600 evacuees at the Aplaya Elementary School in Bgy. Aplaya, Sta. Rosa, Laguna displaced by the recent floods brought about by typhoons ‘Rolly’ and ‘Ulysses.’ Arcillas and the Cayetano couple also went to Macabling Elementary School to give food packs and cash aid to around 50 families affected by a fire.
